Healthy B-Day Treat & Craft

Our second daughter, Alaina is turning five!  At school, she is allowed to bring in a healthy treat which means no cupcakes or birthday cake. I still wanted Alaina to be excited about celebrating with her class so after scouring through Pinterest, I decided on our healthy treat–A Butterfly Treat!


Ingredients

Snack size sandwich bags

Pipe cleaners

Gold fish

Fruit snacks                                           (princess ones in our house, ofcourse) 

Directions

Tie the center of the bag with a pipe cleaner, to create two halves. 

Fill one half with gold fish, and the other with fruit snacks.

Adjust the butterfly wings and antenna 

(You can choose your own healthy items to fill the halves) 

Simple yet super cute!
